Mr. Bender has successfully argued before The Virginia Supreme Court in Harris v. Commonwealth, The Virginia Court of Appeals in Poindexter v. Commonwealth and was co-counsel at trial and participated in the brief in the successful appeal in the matter of Fine v. Commonwealth.
