At Boyer Law Firm we first insist on a written fee agreement with you, the client, for both a clear understanding and your protection.

We take time – at no expense to you – to explain it to you if you have question.

Then we maintain our file in electronic format using the latest technology available to big law firms but that a small but motivated firm like us had decided to acquire.

Every piece of paper received is scanned within 24 hours, read, analyzed, processed and often e-mailed to you to keep you informed of your case.

Next, we use online legal research using specialized softwares paid for on a subscription basis to access in a rapid, and cost- effective manner to up to date legal information, new case law and statutes that affect or could affect your case. Our professional printer can deliver up to 55 pages a minute and we always stock more than necessaries office supplies.

We have discounted subscriptions to UPS and FEDEX as well and pass along these discounts to you.

Our technology set-up allows our staff to access our central server from anywhere at anytime, including while in court, or while in travels.

We have accumulated, and continue to accumulate, an extensive legal library, both of forms and legal treaties. Our case management software has been installed, at great cost, to provide what only a big law firm could provide at great labor expense a few years ago, that is now accessible to us. This case management software allows us to schedule and calendar with greater precision and to stay not only on top of your case but to plan well ahead of deadlines imposed by law.
