Founding attorney Patrick Burns had built an established practice in real estate, family law. The general litigation practice was strengthened when he joined forces in 2009 with proven litigator Erik Hansen who has earned recognition in the “Rising Stars list” by Minnesota Law & Politics.

As a team, each attorney at Burns & Hansen, P.A., provides a comprehensive menu of legal services. Our practice covers every facet of business law and litigation, every aspect of real estate, and addresses legal issues in the personal lives of our clientele, including debt relief, foreclosure, divorce, estate planning and civil lawsuits. We also have a robust practice in both civil and civil appeals.
