We remain committed to advancing equality and inclusion within our firm and in the community. Here are some things we are focused on as a Firm as we continue to work towards this goal:

  • Maintaining and increasing diversity in our workforce and leadership, including continuing our partnership with the Columbus Bar Association Minority Clerkship Program. We have proudly participated since its inception in 1987
  • Expanding our contributions to meaningful causes, with a focus on access to justice. To that end, we are working with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and the Ohio State Legal Services Association to create a Racial Justice Work Group by making the initial contribution to that fund and spearheading the efforts for the first capital campaign
  • Continuing annual workplace cultural assessments, with an emphasis on diversity training, to ensure we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
  • Reviewing our political affiliations and contributions to align with our commitments to equality
  • Leveraging our website and social media as an educational platform for written and audio content that helps aid in the breakdown of racial barriers, including the curation of recommended content within the Insights portion of our website
