About this firm

Caudle & Spears, P.A. is a full service firm for small and mid-sized businesses and their owners, including representation on corporate, transactional, tax, estate planning, and employment matters. For its national and international clients, it provides regional or transactional representation. Coupled closely with those services, the firm engages in an active civil trial practice ranging from business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, estate and trust litigation, tort litigation, serious personal injury, arbitration, and all forms of dispute resolution.

The firm was formed as a professional corporation in 1977, incorporating a partnership that has been in existence since 1973. Its attorneys come from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds and from several states. Each of the various areas of law regularly practiced by the firm is headed by one of the senior members, and each attorney is encouraged to pursue fields of primary and secondary interest. All attorneys are also encouraged to pursue pro bono and community services in addition to professional development.
