We are capable of servicing all of your legal needs. We provide comprehensive client service in a full range of business, commercial and corporate legal matters. We serve as general counsel to small and mid-size businesses and provide focused advice and legal services to larger companies.

We also provide a wide range of legal services for individuals and families in areas ranging from family law to estate planning to personal injury litigation. We are committed to excellence. Each of our attorneys is committed to continuing to develop their substantive knowledge in their chosen fields. Each attorney limits his or her practice to specific legal fields in order to give our clients quality legal services. As a full service firm, we are able to draw on the aggregate experience and knowledge found throughout our firm in order to consider every dimension of your specific legal problem.

We have achieved state-wide reputations in areas such as condominium law, land use, zoning, commercial litigation and divorce law. We have received the most prestigious AV rating* under the Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system.

While more than half of our work involves litigation at trial, on appeal, or in administrative proceedings, we also understand that our clients are very often best served by the prevention of or early resolution of disputes. Our lawyers will carefully and objectively advise you of your rights, help you choose the options that maximize the goals and objectives, and aggressively represent your interests, whether through negotiations or trial. We are well-versed in alternative dispute resolution and often represent individual clients in mediation, arbitration and collaborative law when such an approach will best advance our clients' interests.
