About this firm

My name is Jeremy T. Cranford. I am an attorney who practices in Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, and Santa Rosa Counties of Florida.

I am a Real Estate Litigation Attorney as well as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Circuit & Appellate) & Qualified Arbitrator.

I am an experienced analyst, problem-solver, and legal advocate. I do my best to understand my clients and the situations they find themselves in.

For over a decade, I have focused myself almost entirely on Real Estate Law. That began when, following law school (J.D.), I pursued and obtained my Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Law. Then, after years of practice, exhaustive testing, and peer reviews, I became a Board Certified Specialist (B.C.S.) in Real Estate Law. That means that The Florida Bar certifies me as an expert in Real Estate Law. Only about 00.5% of Florida Attorneys are Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Lastly, because of my focus and my ongoing contributions thereto, I am an Executive Council Member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.

I want to talk to you about your real estate projects, disputes, and problems. I am confident that I can help.
