Cummins Law is an insurance defense law firm located in Clarks Summit, which is just outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania. The attorneys in our firm have a combined 70 years of experience defending motor vehicle accident cases, trucking accident cases, premises liability cases, strict products liability matters, insurance coverage questions, and medical malpractice claims.     I think that if you were to ask any or defense lawyers in Northeastern Pa. to list top three lawyers, Dan would be the common denominator in each list. If you were to ask lawyer outside NE Pa to name one prominent defense atty - they would say Dan.
