I won the case.During that time Mr. Driscoll was working on defending the teachers credentials. I got positive feedback from the client and was able to observe his work product.Since that case over 20 years ago, we have worked on cases jointly. A substantial portion of his practice and mine is devoted to representing members of the California Teachers Association. I see him every year at the annual conference of CTA attorneys. He is almost always asked to be presenter at the conference. I also communicate with him from time to time throughout the year directly and thorugh a list serve email system.
