About this firm

ELAM & BURKE was founded in 1928. We are located in Idaho's state capital, in close proximity to both federal and state courts and numerous administrative agencies. Over time, we have developed a wide range of specialized capabilities to meet our clients' needs, although our cornerstone remains our litigation, commercial and business practice. The firm's clients include those in the corporate, business, banking, governmental and insurance fields.

Attorneys in the firm maintain current membership in the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar and other professional organizations such as the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute. Members are also active in many civic organizations and activities.

Servicing eastern Oregon, including Ontario, Vale, Baker City, La Grande, Pendleton, Canyon City, Enterprise and Baker.
