Since 1958, the lawyers at Fine and Staud, LLP have zealously represented victims of personal injuries and accidents. Fine and Staud, LLP represents people injured by medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, fall-down accidents/premises liability and workplace accidents. Fine and Staud, LLP is also one of the few firms in the Philadelphia area representing longshoremen and seamen injured in maritime accidents, and Attorney Louis S. Fine, Esquire is a Proctor in Admiralty.

Louis S. Fine founded the firm in 1958, and dedicated himself to providing outstanding personal and compassionate legal services to victims of personal injuries and accidents. Since the firm was established, the attorneys of Fine and Staud, LLP have successfully represented thousands of clients in Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Dauphin Counties. Aloysius Staud joined the firm in the early 1960's and remained an integral part of the firm until his retirement in 2001. Robert P. Fine, Louis Fine's eldest son, joined the firm in 1986, and his younger son, David W. Fine, joined the firm in 1991. David Sansweet joined the firm in 1992 and heads our workers' compensation department. Fine and Staud, LLP remains a family-run and family-focused law firm, and the firm is proud of the results we've achieved for our clients, many of whom are the children and grandchildren of present and former clients.
