About this firm

In January 2000, Mark Foster and Conor O'Daniel joined together to create the Evansville, IN based law firm now known as FOSTER O'DANIEL, HAMBIDGE & LYNCH, LLP. In doing so, the resulting lawyer office grew to represent attorney services for more criminal defendants charged with DUI and other driving offenses than any other firm in Southern Indiana.

Over the past 10 years, our firm has grown to handle more than just traffic offenses. We handle a wide variety of individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as counsel those who are in the process of divorce and other family law issues. As trial lawyers, the firm of Foster O'Daniel, Hambidge & Lynch has never shied away from taking a case to trial, whether it be before a Judge or Jury.

Mark Foster has chaired and lectured at numerous seminars in the DWI and Criminal Defense areas for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) over the past twenty years. Conor O'Daniel has lectured at many ICLEF seminars over the past 10 years.

Awards and Accolades

Awards and accolades have also followed the firm of Foster O'Daniel, Hambidge & Lynch, as in 2006, Mark Foster was recognized as a Super Lawyer by Indianapolis Magazine. In addition, Mr. Foster has achieved the highest rating of AV by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a respected national legal publication and rating service. In addition, he is rated 10.0 on a 10.0 scale by AVVO, a national publication and lawyer rating service.

Furthermore in 2010, Conor O'Daniel was recognized as a rising star of Indiana Super Lawyers.

Growth

On January 1, 2011 Tim Hambidge joined the firm thus creating Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge. Tim has 29 years of experience and is a well respected litigator in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injury. In addition, he represents clients in Estate and Small Business matters. His vast experience will be a great asset to the firm.

In August, 2011, Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge grew once again to welcome Shaunda Lynch as partner. Shaunda brings with her over ten years of criminal trial experience as a Deputy and Chief Deputy Prosecutor both in Indiana and North Carolina. In addition to criminal defense work, she will concentrate in Divorce and Family Law. The addition of Shaunda brings new and varied talents to the firm.
