Prior to founding FFV, Rob Friedman, Scott Fisher, and Clint Verity practiced law together for over 12 years at one of the leading insurance defense firms in Virginia. During those years, we successfully litigated a vast array of complex lawsuits on behalf of many insurance companies and their insureds, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Throughout that time, we also represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions and provided legal advice and representation to plaintiffs seeking all available insurance coverage for their claims. With 45 years of combined legal experience, we formed FFV to focus exclusively on helping plaintiffs recover for their personal injury and civil rights claims and to secure all available insurance coverages.
We founded FFV to shift our focus to representing injured individuals and policyholders, fighting to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve and insurance coverage to which they are entitled. This transition reflects our belief that advocating for those in need is more rewarding, and our previous experience as members of the defense bar allows us to bring credibility and know-how to FFV’s injured clients.
