Shari is on my short list of mediators. The only time I do not use her is when the other counsel objects. Her understanding of family and property law helps her suggest creative solutions to reach a settlement in very emotional situations.

I have worked with Shari for about fifteen years. She has consistently demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the law and is very creative in over coming obstacles created by her client's conduct. Her ability to recognize and mitigate liabilities places her above most of her peers. Unlike a number of attorneys, she never lets her ego or desire to win cloud her judgement and works towards the best possible outcome for her client. I strongly recommend her for this rating.
