I am fortunate to have a national leadership role in the evaluation, investigation and settlement of Medicaid False Claims cases, and I have worked with Mr. Greene on a number of such matters. I know of no attorney in any practice area who does a better job of managing all phases of a complex civil case. Mr. Greenes research and case preparation are excellent; his written work product and oral advocacy skills are of the highest quality; and he is a superb trial attorney. Read less

Among other cases Tom has successfully prosecuted two major Qui Tam cases (false claims/fraud v. U.S. Govt.) for relators resulting in well-publicized, large multimillion dollar settlement/awards for Govt and millions for his client relators. The Govt did not take over the second one and I believe he tried the first, larger one against Pfizer. These were very impressive achievements in this field. Read less
