In a case from about 10-12 years ago, Mr. Handal switched the documents attached to a stipulation and then submitted it to the court along with the document he wanted filed, which was not the document agreed to. It was potentially quite significant in the case and the judge severely admonished him. Because I do not want to deal with Mr. Handal, I will only provide further details in confidence.
