Formed over seventy years ago on Galveston Island, Texas, Greer, Herz & Adams, L.L.P., one of the largest law firms based in Galveston, has grown from a three lawyer practice specializing in insurance law to a 33 lawyer full-service law firm with a sophisticated civil trial and appellate practice as well as a complex commercial and corporate law practice.

The firm's primary practice areas include commercial litigation, corporate transactions, securities, real estate, banking, insurance, non-profit entities, estate planning, bankruptcy and technology law. Our clients, which include insurance companies, banks, investment advisors, private foundations and other non-profit organizations, rely on our firm's expertise in representation in courts and before regulatory agencies throughout the United States.

Greer, Herz & Adams' lawyers are assisted in their representation of their clients by a large, well-trained professional support staff, including paralegals, professional legal secretaries and support personnel.
