In my dealing with Mr. Duffett as his opposing counsel I have found him to be a knowledgeable, capable and zealous advocate for his client. I believe he has a tendency to pursue litigation rather than settlement, though my experience is limited to just one case. He did not make any settlement overtures, but did timely respond to mine. His level of communication with me as opposing counsel was minimal. We had few telephone conversations, and most correspondence was by letter or short emails. Read less
