Until recently, I only knew John by his excellent reputation. John lived up to that reputation firsthand when he skillfully and successfully mediated a case for us. Instead of negotiation 101 tactics and gimmicks, John employed an incredibly deep knowledge of substantive law and years practical experience to facilitate a resolution. Mediation aside, that level and quality of counsel is increasingly rare in litigators, and potential clients would be wise to seek his counsel when facing a dispute. Read less
