About this firm

John Harllee and Kimberly Bald have practiced law together since 1984. In 2001, along with Adam Mohammadbhoy and Brian Trimyer, they formed Harllee & Bald, P.A., an exclusive civil trial firm. Since that time, the firm has earned a reputation as one of Florida's premier trial firms.

Our firm represents a diverse roster of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large publicly traded corporations. We also work with clients' in-house counsel and often provide assistance to other law firms. Proud to have earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest grade this prestigious rating service bestows, we view the AV designation not only as a tribute to the firm's collective legal abilities but to our commitment to the ethical standards of the legal profession.

Our attorneys have extensive trial experience in a broad spectrum of legal matters in both state and federal courts. We provide representation in disputes involving commercial, business and real estate transactions, probate, estates and trusts, property taxes, serious personal injury and wrongful death.

We are a firm of experienced and dedicated trial attorneys with the knowledge and backgrounds necessary to represent you in any form of litigation in our practice areas.

Harllee & Bald was established on a foundation of prompt and thorough client service. We quickly get to know our clients and listen carefully to what they tell us to ensure that we understand fully all of the ramifications of their situation. We undertake the necessary research and investigation to determine how to effectively resolve the legal matter. Our attorneys work together as a team, drawing upon each member's particular skills to provide proficient representation on behalf of the clients. We keep our clients informed and their best interests are foremost in importance.

Each of us at Harllee & Bald stays abreast of new developments in the law, with particular emphasis on our primary areas of practice. As a firm, we remain focused solely on dispute resolution and litigation. Above all else, we are professionals, with the commitment to put forth our full and best efforts for each and every client we represent.
