I have consulted with Mr. Hedger for over 15 years and I believe he has a wide grasp of the issues that arise in the offering of securities by issuers. I believe he has good instincts and has a wealth of experience that makes him an excellent attorney in this field. Because of his own entrepenurial endeavors, I think he is particularly sensitive to the issues facing smaller companies in the venture and initial public offering stages of corporate finance activities.
