About this firm

Henry Buchanan, P.A., was founded in 1974 in Tallahassee, Florida. We are a small firm with over 125 years of combined legal experience. We enjoy trying cases and feel that giving each client our personal attention yields the best results. Clients will find each attorney easily accessible and dependable. Today, as in years past, we have a diversified general civil practice that includes the representation of doctors and other professionals, hospitals, small businesses, financial institutions, insurance companies, and governmental bodies. We represent clients from Pensacola to Jacksonville and as far south as Ocala, Florida.

Henry Buchanan, P.A., is located in Tallahassee, the capital city and center of state government for the State of Florida. We are well situated geographically to provide representation before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.

Our practice includes a broad spectrum of civil defense cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, professional liability, and products liability. Commercial litigation, including creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings and real estate foreclosures, is likewise a primary focus of the firm's practice.

Our appellate lawyers work closely with the other attorneys in preparing and responding to appeals, as well as assisting the litigation teams with major trial court matters requiring legal research and writing. We also welcome and provide representation in appeals for matters which originate outside the firm's own trial practice.
