About this firm

Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger, was founded in 1938 by the late Richard G. Herndon. Mr. Herndon was joined by R. Clark Morton and his daughter – the late Judith Herndon, to form Herndon, Morton & Herndon. The firm became known as Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger with the addition of current senior partner, William J. Yaeger, Jr. in 1976.

We are located in Wheeling, West Virginia and we provide a full range of legal services in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our firm has full understanding of our region’s business and economic climate and our clients’ needs.
