We are here to offer legal solutions and guidance to small/medium sized business and individuals. Our firm is different from other firms in several aspects.

We also understand when you start a company, it could be confusing and frustrating and you have many questions in your mind. When you call or come in for a consultation, we discuss your situation and advise you the available options. We provide honest opinions.

And, we care about achieving the best possible outcome for your case and making sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. We listen to your concerns and work hard to accomplish those goals in a timely manner.

Many of our clients stay in touch with us for years after their cases have been completed. Many of our clients refer their friends and family members to us. Sometimes when we cannot help them, we make sure to refer them to a professional who practice in the area.

We are local.

We live and work in Wilmington, Delaware. Our office is conveniently located on Rt. 202 with nearby access to I-95. For people who are interested in registering a Delaware corporation or limited liability company, we are not an online company providing registration service where you will be just another case. We are here to answer your questions regarding Delaware law. We are available when you need further assistance with your Delaware business entity.

Affordable Legal Fee

We believe that no one should be fearful of the expense to talk to a lawyer. That is the reason we offer free initial consultation in certain cases. We commit to providing affordable legal service to anyone who needs help from an attorney regarding a legal issue. Our fee is competitive. For small/medium business, we understand that running a business is always a challenge, especially when it is just getting started. While legal issues and expense can seem to be overwhelming, we commit to make it simple and less expensive. If it is feasible, we can work on a flat fee instead of hourly fee.
