The firm engages in six distinct Practice Groups- Business Law, Estate Planning, Litigation, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Taxation. Attorneys practice civil and appellate litigation before all state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

We are also involved in the legal and business community. Some of our firm members either serve or have served on the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors (Board Member), the Fayette County Bar Association (President), the Fayette County Pro Bono Association (Board Member), or in other capacities within the legal profession.
