Since 1982 Knott Ebelini Hart has been serving the legal needs of the Southwest Florida business community. Over the years, the firm's practice has evolved to focus on commercial litigation, condominium and homeowners association law, corporate law, construction law, real estate, land use, governmental, and administrative law. The attorneys of Knott Ebelini Hart strive each day to serve their clients' needs and objectives.

The firm's clients include a wide range of individuals, entrepreneurs and business entities. To meet the individual needs of our diverse clientele, we take pride in working diligently with each client to identify and achieve specific objectives. It is our goal to find legal solutions in an effective, efficient and professional manner.

Knott Ebelini Hart offers its clients an experienced team of professionals. Among the firm's professionals are board certified attorneys, certified mediators, arbitrators, title examiners and closing agents. As an additional resource, the firm employs an AICP Planning Director who provides technical assistance in land use matters.

The firm serves as General Counsel to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections, the Lee County Construction Licensing Board, The Lee County Building Industry Association and the Lee County Board of Adjustment and Appeals.

The firm maintains its office in downtown Fort Myers, Florida.
