Lamontagne, Spaulding & Hayes, LLP specializes in civil litigation and insurance defense. The founding partners have worked together for over twenty years, and have 60 years of combined civil litigation experience defending and trying cases in the state and federal courts.

Our firm is unique in that we have a solid two state practice that provides us with the ability to handle cases in both jurisdictions. This is extremely helpful as many cases filed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island have issues that overlap between the two states.

We value integrity and bring a result-oriented approach to defense costs. Our technological sophistication allows us to work efficiently. We assess cases and risk early on in the litigation process. We work closely with our clients to achieve our goal of attaining the most just results.
