The Efron Law Firm holds an AV peer review rating from
Martindale-Hubbell, an independent company responsible for the evaluation of
law firms nationally. This highest "preeminent" rating is awarded to
only the top 5% of firms, based on integrity, achievement, and reputation. In
1985 Boris Efron became one of the youngest attorneys in California to attain
the prestigious AV rating.
We specialize in general civil and trial practice in the state and
federal courts. Areas of emphasis include personal injury, wrongful death,
government entity liability, product liability, insurance bad faith, employment
law, business litigation, elder law litigation, and construction law. Boris
Efron is available as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral case evaluator. He has
served the San Francisco Bay Area community since 1978.

through settlement, we nonetheless prepare every case from start to resolution

examinations are required, our clients are always thoroughly prepared and
accompanied to the defense medical examination by one of the firm's attorneys.
