After nearly 28 years of practice, Linda Mainenti Walsh opened her law firm in 2018 to help families find solutions to their difficult situations. She brings 20 years of practice and experience to effectively and efficiently serve her clients. As an AV-Rated* attorney, she was selected into the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers since 2012 and Super Lawyers each year for the last 5 years.

Throughout her career she has been very active in County and State Bar Associations in leadership roles, lecturing and service. Ms. Mainenti Walsh is the 2020 recipient of the Morris County Bar Association Pro Bono Award for service to the Bar Association and legal community. Through her extensive service to the County and Bar Associations and legal community, she has forged strong professional connections. She is known for her professionalism, strong legal advocacy and skill. She is currently serving her fifth term as the Secretary of the Morris County Bar Foundation.

Ms. Mainenti Walsh is supported by the efforts of paralegal, Angela Sanchez.
