The firm handles matters before the Courts of: The State of California, The State of Nevada, The State of Arizona, Federal District Courts, including the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California and Nevada, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

The Firm has extensive experience before various alternative dispute resolution forums including court-directed arbitration and mediation, American Arbitration Association, Alternatives to Litigation, Superior Court Arbitration Panels, and JAMS.

The history of the Firm can be attributed to its commitment to efficient case management, pro-active representation, and a continuing "partnership" with our clients and insurers to bring about early resolution.

Lorber, Greenfield & Olsen, LLP has placed great emphasis on in-house training of all its attorneys in the handling of insurance defense litigation. The Firm works closely with its insurance carrier clients with respect to compliance with litigation guidelines.
