Elizabeth B. Luzuriaga and Kevin W. Mims formed the Charleston, South Carolina law firm of Luzuriaga Mims, LLP with this mission in mind. Both are former partners of a larger local firm and collectively have over 30 years experience in defending suits in various practice areas, including construction litigation, general civil litigation, claims pursuant to South Carolina workers' compensation Act and concurrent jurisdiction claims involving the Longshore and Harbor Workers Act as well as claims under the Defense Base Act.
