Founded as Shartel & Wells on January 1, 1902, Lytle Soulé & Felty, a Professional Corporation, is the oldest firm in Oklahoma City and one of the oldest firms in the State.

OUR CLIENTS AND PRACTICE AREAS

The firm represents corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals in all aspects of a general, civil, business practice. Areas of concentration include business and commercial transactions, labor and employment law, civil rights, real estate, construction, architectural and engineering, aircraft registration and finance, insurance defense, products liability, personal injury, insurance coverage, workers’ compensation, Indian law, environmental law, oil and gas, bankruptcy law, as well as creditors’ rights, estate planning and probate. The firm engages in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
