I've worked with Mike for at least the past 10 years and likely longer. When I first began mediating for him he managed a large litigation load for a major EPLI carrier throughout the US as a partner in a well respected Boston law firm. He was always well-prepared to mediate and had a command of all the facts of each case as well as the law regardless of jurisdiction.
