He was the first Chair of the Commercial Finance Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association and has held other bar-related positions. He is held in very high esteem in the legal community and most recently served as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Connecticut Law Revision Commission on 2010 revisions to UCC Article 9 that I co-chaired.
