Whether that be those involved in business disputes, commercial lease disagreements, collection matters, or breach of contract actions. Our clients range from individuals to high net worth nenbers, from small businesses to million dollar companies.

Construction, Contractor, & Subcontractor Matters

We also represent both homeowners and contractors and subcontractors in lien and construction contract litigation. Whether they be in Rockland or Westchester Counties, NYC or Long Island. Our knowledge of both sides of the equation allows us to figure out the best results for our clients. This in turn allows us to charge reasonable rates for our services. But more importantly, we give our clients peace of mind so that they can get back to their busy lives or busy businesses.

Finally, we represent employees and employers in high-level employment disputes. We take time to understand the objectives involved and develop the right strategy to get the results needed. What distinguishes us from other attorneys?

• We have more than 20 years of experience and have handled more than 200 cases in the federal courts of New York and more than 100 cases in its state courts and have serviced more than 1000 clients. Since 2011, when we first set off to start our own law firm, more than 897 people have called us for help in litigation matters.

• We've tried jury cases in Westchester County, New York County, Kings County, Queens County, and Nassau County. We've tried jury cases in the federal Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.

• We've tried cases involving civil rights to contract rights, from personal injury to property disputes, from lien law to employment law. On the plaintiff's side we've been in the Top Verdicts in New York Verdict Search. On the defendant's side we once had a jury award only $1 against our client.

• We've been in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Village Voice, and Forbes. We've written articles for the New York Law Journal, the New York State Bar, and two New York Law Reviews. We've won awards for our writing skills, received written acknowledgements from a federal judge for our trial performance ("outstanding"), and a slew of compliments from the people we've helped (see below).

• We have three degrees, including a Masters of Law. We are or have been an Administrative Law Judge, Hearing Officer, and Arbitrator for various municipal agencies.
