Dispute Resolution

We work with our clients to develop agreements and contracts to minimize disputes – however, disputes cannot always be avoided. Fortunately, many disputes can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties concerned without going to trial – saving money and time for our clients. Peacock Law works with clients through mediation and binding arbitration. However, our litigation team is ready to handle circumstances that cannot be resolved out of court.
