Small Businesses: Philo Law Firm, P.C. offers concierge general counsel services to small businesses and start up businesses. As a trusted adviser, we assist the business owner in the various aspects of running a business from the initial start of the business to drafting and reviewing contracts, employment related matters, protecting intellectual property, the eventual sale of the business, and everything in between. Each business and each business owner is different. Whether it is a guided approach or a hands-on approach, our goal is for your business to succeed.

Trusts & Estates: Everyone should have an estate plan. Philo Law Firm creates an individualized plan for each person (whether single or married), depending on your assets. Using our signature process, your comprehensive fully-executed estate plan will be completed with two meetings with your attorney. Expedited estate plans are available.

If you are appointed as a Trustee for a Trust, we can assist you in the administration of the Trust. Whether you are novice as a trustee, or experienced, we can provide you with the trusted advice you need to fulfill your fiduciary duty.

Philo Law Firm also provides probate services. In the event your loved one passed without a will, or there is a will but title to assets need to transfer, we offer services to assist with the complicated probate process.
