Jason Plotkin, our CEO and Managing Attorney, is a tenacious advocate with an extensive track record of championing personal injury cases, bringing both legal experience and personal insight to every client’s fight for justice. In 2018, he was honored as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of lawyers who have won million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Plotkin dedicates 25% of his time to community service, and in 2021, he received Clio’s first Legal Impact Award for his contributions to the local community.



In 2024, he authored the best-selling book “Crash Course: To Recovery and Beyond” which recounts his personal experience surviving two serious car accidents and his long journey of recovery. These personal experiences have shaped his approach as a personal injury attorney, inspiring his team to adopt the same empathy and dedication in every case they handle.
