About our Philadelphia, PA office

Established in July 2010, Pond Lehocky Giordano LLP embarked on its journey with a modest team of five Pennsylvania workers' compensation attorneys, complemented by one Social Security disability attorney and a total staff of 22. Since then, the firm has evolved into one of the nation's largest in the fields of workers' compensation, Social Security disability, and Long-term disability. Their track record speaks volumes, having recovered billions of dollars for clients and earning numerous national awards for both legal representation and comprehensive client care.

The roots of Pond Lehocky Giordano trace back over three decades when adversaries Sam Pond and Jerry Lehocky, both champions in the workers' compensation arena, decided to unite forces. Their shared commitment to zealous advocacy led them to join a prior law firm, fundamentally transforming Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation. With the later addition of Tom Giordano, the firm expanded its reach, particularly in leading the Social Security Disability practice.

In 2010, driven by a mission where the client always comes first, Sam Pond, Jerry Lehocky, and Tom Giordano founded Pond Lehocky Giordano. The firm's relentless advocacy for injured workers became the norm, not the exception. Over the years, Pond Lehocky Giordano has grown beyond its original Center City, Philadelphia location, establishing additional offices across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2016, a main office in Pittsburgh, led by partner Steve Miller, further strengthened their presence.
