Poskus doesn't return phone calls from clients, nor does he communicate well. He makes existing issues more complex, creates billable hours instead of resolving issues; however, he has at least one partner who is both competent and capable; thus difficult to understand how she, with her knowledge and capability, stays with Poskus. Poskus over lawyers issues and prevents, by his deliberate (it must be) failure to bring matters to resolution, merely fattens his purse, to the detriment of clients Read less

In my opinion, the gentleman "over lawyers" the work for which he is engaged or is referred to him; however, I base my opinion on one case, in which, I perceive,the gentleman created huge mountains over molehills to the disadvantage of his client who eventually terminated his engagement after expending significant monies for the gentleman's services, without, accomplishing the tasks for which he was engaged and which I perceive were required in the case and which he did not carry out.
