The attorneys at Rafferty & Redlisky have been practicing law in the State of New York for the past thirty (30) years. During this time, our attorneys have gained significant trial and appellate experience in both State and Federal Court in many aspects of the law. Our clients include individuals, corporations, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, nursing homes and others who have retained our offices to provide legal services. We represent our clients in the areas of the law, including guardianships, Medicaid planning, commercial litigation, business formations and insurance defense.

We are proud that no complaints, disciplinary actions or grievances have ever been filed against this firm, and many of the clients we have represented since the inception of this firm remain clients of our office today. This is a testament to who we are at Rafferty & Redlisky and the quality of legal services we provide.

Our mission is to successfully represent our clients while maintaining our professional integrity and ethics in all our dealings with our clients, adversaries and the Court. Our firm maintains the highest ethical and professional standards in accordance with the Cannons of Professional Responsibility and the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge, while vigorously representing our client’s interests in achieving a favorable result. These standards have earned our firm an exceptional reputation and respect from both the Bar and Bench. We are committed to maintaining reasonable hourly billing rates to our clients, and to assist our clients in making good business decisions in connection with settlement or litigation options. We work for our clients and not to enhance our reputation—the reputation comes as a natural result of our work.
