Rediger Labor Law provides counseling and legal representation to businesses in labor and employment law matters. We work with companies of all sizes to prevent and defend against allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination, wage claims, unfair competition and other employment law matters.

Rediger Labor Law attorneys have in-depth knowledge of traditional labor law pertaining to labor unions and unionized employees, and the unique substantive and procedural rules of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). We advise employers on how to conduct counter-campaigns to union organizing, and represent employers at NLRB elections, in trials before the NLRB, and on petitions to review NLRB decisions in the federal courts of appeal. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements with unions on behalf of employers throughout the United States, and represent employers in labor arbitration proceedings, and in federal court in lawsuits brought by union-affiliated Taft-Hartley trust funds.
