In addition to being a full service law firm that handles commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, immigration, corporate law and corporate finance, the firm has a dynamic practice in the yachting industry representing yacht builders, manufacturers, distributors, brokers, lenders for yacht transactions, and private buyers and sellers of yachts.

We are experienced in drafting a wide variety of marine and general business contracts, including domestic and foreign vessel transaction agreements, ship's mortgages, charter parties and towage contracts. Major admiralty and maritime transactions include: brokerage transactions, maritime lending, insurance contracts, crew agreements, yard contracts, new construction contracts, charter contracts, collision claims, personal injury claims, marine insurance claims, breach of contract claims, brokerage commission claims, vessel arrests and repossessions, marine salvage and tow, vessel foreclosures and vessel warranty claims. Robert Allen Law also offers a wide range of maritime litigation services delivered by experienced attorneys.
