Richard C. Roberts III graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1976. In law school, Mr. Roberts served as Associate Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, the school's highest scholastic honorary society.

In practice for over 36 years, Mr. Roberts has a broad range of experience in numerous areas of law which adds substantial value for his clients in his practice areas of divorce law and family law.

Mr. Roberts is a former President of The Mississippi Bar. He is a Fellow in the National Conference of Bar Presidents. He has also served as President of the Mississippi Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and President of the Hinds County Bar Association. He has twice served as the Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Mississippi Bar and served two 3-year terms on the Executive Committee. He has been inducted as a Fellow in the Mississippi Bar Foundation. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Outstanding Lawyers in America, and Mid-South Super Lawyers. He was named "Family Law Lawyer of the Year" for 2012 by U. S. News - Best Lawyers.

David Bridges received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from L.S.U. and his law degree from Baylor University in 1987. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has extensive experience in the field of family law. Mr. Bridges is the past Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Mississippi Bar and is the Editor of the Family Law Report for the Mississippi Bar.

Jennifer Boydston graduated cum laude from Piedmont College where she served as Student Government President and as the Student Member of the Academic Integrity Committee. She received her J. D. Degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2002. Before joining the firm, Ms. Boydston served as Staff Attorney for the 11th Chancery Court District where she was responsible for attending all trials and motion hearings and drafting all Opinions and Judgments for the judges for whom she worked. She has been a frequent lecturer for skills training courses hosted by Mississippi College and Mississippi College School of Law. Ms. Boydston is the past President of the Madison County Bar Association. In 2011, she was named a "Mid-South Rising Star" by Super Lawyers.

The firm is frequently associated by other attorneys to assist them in representing their clients in domestic relations matters. The firm is dedicated to providing close personal attention to each client and maintains its caseload at levels where this goal can be accomplished without exception.
