About this firm

At Robinette legal group, we know personal injury law from both sides. Founding attorney Jeff Robinette began his career representing insurance companies and defending against personal injury lawsuits.

Today, he uses the knowledge gained from that experience to fight for injury victims. This valuable perspective lets us anticipate the strategies the insurance companies use against our clients. It helps us know the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, and how we can challenge their claims to obtain compensation for our clients.

In January 2006, The Sago Mine Disaster in Sago, West Virginia, gave our attorneys the opportunity to stand in the shoes of families seeking justice and financial compensation for the unsafe working conditions and management negligence that led to the explosion and deaths. We were given the opportunity to represent plaintiffs and family members. Using our insurance defense experience, we were able to anticipate the defense lawyers' next steps and counter with solid evidence that made the difference in court.

Since that time our law firm has handled many significant injury and death claims, but due to the confidential nature of the settlements, our law firm cannot publish all of these results. We can tell you, however, that Jeff Robinette is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, whose membership includes many of the top trial lawyers in America.
