The Naples law firm of Seidensticker and San Filippo was established in 1996 by partners Wayde P. Seidensticker, Jr. and N. Paul San Filippo.

Both began their legal careers working for large high profile civil litigation law firms in Miami, where they handled a wide array of civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Florida. This experience enabled them to recognize their potential as a legal team and the growing need and opportunity in Southwest Florida for attorneys that practice civil litigation.

As a result, they decided to open a firm in Naples that handles business litigation and personal injury cases throughout South Florida.

Having worked for large firms, Seidensticker and San Filippo made the strategic decision to remain small. Their concierge-style practice provides a benefit for clients that want or require individualized attention to handle their specific legal issues and disputes, and to have the ability to access legal counsel when they need it.

Experienced in business litigation and personal injury, Seidensticker and San Filippo are committed to their clients’ cases from start to finish. Clients do not have to contend with a hierarchy of staff that delegates the responsibility of their case to others. Because of the limited number of client cases we accept, our clients are able to have greater access and more direct, one-on-one contact with their lawyer than they may otherwise have at a large law firm.

There are cases that Seidensticker & San Filippo does not handle. If your particular legal issue is not within the practice areas of our firm’s focus, Seidensticker and San Filippo has a network of relationships with outside lawyers and law firms who may be able to help with your particular legal needs.
