Attorney Williams represented the New Haven Board of Education and the City of New Haven in two cases arising out of the construction of new schools. One was a federal civil rights case and one went to the Connecticut Supreme Court on zoning. We prevailed in both cases and he did an outstanding job preparing the cases and witnesses and conducting the cases. In the latter case, he represented us before city agencies, the superior court and the supreme court; he was excellent at each stage. Read less
