About this firm

Our law firm and its predecessor partnerships have been practicing continuously for 150 years. Our partners have served and continue to serve in various leadership positions with the Iowa State Bar Association and various other legal organizations, including the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel, Iowa Association for Justice, and the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. Firm members have served on judicial selection commissions for both state and federal courts. Stuart Tinley is a full service law practice. We serve Iowa and Nebraska, with attorneys licensed in both states, as well as regional and national clients. We also practice before the bar of the Iowa and Nebraska federal courts, the Eighth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.
