Our law firm practices before all the courts in Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, and Alexandria City, as well as the Court of Appeals of Virginia, in cases involving separation and divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division. We also handle premarital agreements, marital agreements, separation agreements, paternity, and family abuse matters.

We prepare wills, trusts, advance medical directives ("living wills"), and durable power of attorney, and also represent the next of kin in administering the estate of deceased family members.

Our firm is located in Oakton, Virginia, a few minutes off Interstate 66 and convenient to Washington, D.C., Tyson's Corner, McLean, Vienna, Fairfax City, Centreville, and Manassas. It was founded by Roy J. Baldwin, Esq., a graduate of the University of Nebraska and the George Washington University Law School. Our lawyers are members of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Fairfax Bar Association.
