About this firm

I don't just dabble in Criminal Law as one of several areas of practice. Criminal Law is ALL that I do. When your future, or life is on the line, you need an attorney whose sole focus is Criminal Law. That's why if you are in trouble with the law, you need to call me.

My goal, plain and simple, is to help people win their cases so they can move on with their lives. As a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, I have handled several thousand criminal cases, including over 100 jury trials in over 25 years. I have argued before the California Supreme Court as well. My clients have included politicians, lawyers, and law enforcement officers, and I have been featured in both local and national news services.

I have an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, am a member of the NACDL, CACJ, and a co-founder of the North Orange County Bar Association. I have practiced in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, West Virginia, and Washington.
